I am
a friend of Julias, now mainly through correspondence and quick phone calls. She is a woman of extraordinary vitality, humor and intelligence as you already know. What I love is her stubborn pursuit of seemingly impossible things full of endless red tape and obstacles. But off she goes with the certainty that she will find a way to help people. And she does.
